Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum spend. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders confirmed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. You receive an email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
During sale periods and around festivals dispatch can take an extra day.

Every order can be followed on our track order page using your order number. If you have an account, all your orders and their status are in my orders.
Please check your address and 6-digit PIN code carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier, and an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed delivery.
If a courier cannot deliver after three attempts the parcel returns to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers frequently cannot give change. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead us to restrict the option on future orders.
We currently deliver within India only. If you would like us to ship elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you whether it is possible.
